A Waterbased binding and keying agent for interior and exterior use.

PRODUCT USES:

• Formulated using High Quality Waterbased Pure Acrylic Resin, this Polymer is supplied at 10micron in size.

• Dries to an opaque white, Highly Alkali Resistant film, which also helps to prevent efflorescence.

• Specifically formulated as a bonding and penetrating agent for friable, powdery and absorbent surfaces.

• Especially well suited as a keying primer for fibre cement sheeting and course granular cement tiles.

• Use on previously painted surfaces, especially when old coating is powdery and friable.

• Also recommended for use as a primer or sealer for; brickwork, cement plaster, gypsum plaster and composite boards.

• Binds under-bound substrates to increase the lifespan of the complete Coating system.

• Reduces absorbency of substrates, which increase spreading rates for topcoats.

• Fine particle size means this product can absorb into porous surfaces, which in turn seals and bonds these substrates.

• Specifically designed for use with Airless Spray Equipment, but can also easily be brushed or rolled.
